Succulents

Succulents are the ultimate low-maintenance plants, perfect for adding charm with minimal effort. Here’s how to keep them thriving:

Sunlight: Succulents love sunlight! Aim for 6-8 hours of bright light each day, though most can do just fine with a little less.

Water: The key to happy succulents is to water the soil, not the plant. These plants are pros at storing water and can handle dry conditions. In summer, water every 10-14 days, and in winter, stretch it out to around 20 days.

Soil & Repotting: If your soil isn’t holding moisture, it might be time to repot. Gently shake off the old soil, add fresh mix, and water lightly for a couple of weeks while the roots settle into their new home.

House plants

The great thing about houseplants is that they can bring life to any space without demanding too much effort.

Light: Most houseplants thrive in bright, indirect sunlight. A good rule of thumb is placing them near a window but out of direct sun. For low-light plants like Snake Plants, they'll do well even in dimmer corners of your home.

Water: Overwatering is a common mistake! Always check the top inch of soil—if it's dry, it's time to water. Most plants, like Monsteras, appreciate being watered every 1-2 weeks. In winter, you can extend the watering schedule a bit.

Humidity: Many houseplants, especially tropical ones like Monsteras, love humidity. You can mist them occasionally or place a tray of water nearby to keep them happy, especially in dry indoor environments.

Soil & Repotting: If your plant seems cramped or the soil is drying out too fast, it might be time to repot. Choose a well-draining potting mix and a pot with drainage holes. Repotting is a great way to refresh your plant and give it room to grow!
